I guess Albert King wasn't a blues player. Flying Vs original came out in 1958, long before they became associated with hard rock and metal. Its about the player not the guitar. If BB king wanted to get down a BC rich, he would still sound like BB king

you can use any guitar for any music

Since top master luthier Michael Voltzs left Gibson and joined Epiphone in 2001 his main goal has always been to make Epiphone once again a great guitar company. Today Voltzs had most certainly done that And more. Most of today's Epiphone Sg's - Lp's - Flying V's - Dots - casinos and a few more are Top professional quality and every bit Gibsons equal and better. And its because or Mike Voltzs we can say that today with 100% truth and fact! Thanks again Michael Voltzs for making Epiphone great!

Hi, May I ask is that guitar neck heavy when standing up? I'm wanting to buy a flying v, and thinking of the epi 58 model, but wanted to see if it's neck heavy? I've had a couple gibson v's that were neck heavy and it drives me nuts..
Thanks
Tim
