Because it is disturbing. I for one was disturbed by that train around 2000.
What is worse is their excuses. They never think about ordinary commuters. No apologies, no feel of guilty.

I don't get why everyone is so pissed off about celebrating Halloween. Japanese people celebrate "white people" holidays but some how they make Halloween into a racism issue which makes me question their intelligence(how does racism get involved in this? Seriously, they need to stop using google fucking translate). This happens once a year, there are Japanese creeps that molest women on trains on a DAILY BASIS. It proves that these anti-halloween fuckers don't care about protecting women.

Unfortunately, some Westerners have the "Japan-as-playground" mentality. It's like extraterritorial rights and colonialism. It's racism against Japanese.
