im really started to be less and less impressed by the met! i mean there meant to be so esteemed and show the rest of the world how opera is done! then they bring out this modern shit! urrghh

She has a gorgeous voice but she doesn't sing properly, i believe. It's not technically worked out. It's a shame because it's a loss of a potentially great voice and her expression seems sincere and vulnerable. I really want to like her. I hope that her agent reads this and sends her to the best technician to develop that voice properly.

She can't hold a note for more than a few seconds, constantly breaks the melody to breathe, and her voice is too dark for Violetta. She was great in Don Carlo, though.

Oh who cares about the production! Her voice is just plain offenseive! What a low rate singer! She must be working for free! Get some class! She could learn a thing or two about class and singing from Renee Fleming!
