SALMAN TASEER MURDERED FOR ISLAM BY OWN BODYGUARD

SALMAN TASEER 66, the Governor of Pakistan's Punjab province has been shot and killed by one of his own bodyguards. Reports say he was hit more than 25 times by murder suspect Malik Mumtaz Hussein Qadri. Mr Taseer made headlines recently by appealing for the pardon of a Christian woman, Asia Bibi, who had been sentenced to death for allegedly insulting the Prophet Muhammad. Many were angered by his defence of Ms Bibi and since his death, a number of religious leaders have called for a boycott of Mr Taseer's funeral..Some have said that no Muslim should attend or pray for Mr Taseer.

Once again,Islam has shows the world its lethal and dark side. Its views towards blasphemy are likened only to those found in medieval times. Many Muslims appear so willing to use violence and kill for Islam. This time the suspect Malik Mumtaz Hussein Qadri said, Salman Taseer is a blasphemer and death is the punishment for blasphemy.

Salman Taseer is the highest profile assassination in Pakistan, since the former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto, killed in 2007.

Neither Taseer nor his cold blooded killer were atheists.

Atheism has absolutely no relevance to the content of the video whatsoever.

A hero?? At best Qadri who was paid to protect his victim, not kill him, is guilty of causing death while the balance of mind was disturbed. At worst, he's a cold blooded murderer, who misinterpreted Islamic law, disregarded the Qur'an, and became a self styled brutal executioner.

Qur'an 16.126 "And if you punished, let your punishment be proportionate to the wrong that has been done to you; but if you show patience, that is indeed the best course."
