I'm playing this game now, and am stuck at the end of the 2nd mission... I was able to get the plane onto the runway, but cannot seem to take off. When pressing the gas, it just keeps driving until I run into the fence. There is an icon when I pick up speed, so I'm guessing I'm supposed to press something to take off, but I don't know what that is. Can someone help? Thanks.
