Schnoods the pup invades her owner's privacy with her tongue. Apparently all the licking has something to do with getting semi-digested food or asserting her dominance.

  • Heh, that kid's going to have a fantastic immune system.

For the record, the human mouth contains over 500 strains of bacteria, all of which could potentially harm an infant. A dog's mouth contains around the same number of bacterial strains, but only a very small fraction of these are harmful to humans and most (such as rabies) would be absent in well-cared for dogs. A baby has a much greater chance of developing a disease from being kissed by another human than by a dog.

    Just sayin'.

  • @RobertsDigital

Not anymore. My dog doesn't lick me much anymore. She is too old now.

  • @daro2096 so what you are trying to say is that your dog not only licks your mouth but other parts of your body......because you believe dogs have cleaner mouths right?
