hey carlos i truly admire you i really do . i admire your strength and courage something i could b doing with . you see i`am a heroin addict , have been for 16 years and i`m nearing the end .i`ve been watching you with great interest ,love your vids by the way and it`s great to see you back on you tube.anyway what i was going to say was when you talked about your pain and your 6 weeks of recovery .my sickness lasts 8 weeks and i need to stop would you mind if i wrote to you for motivation? peace

your a great testimony I had cervical fusion on 1/21/10 and a lumbar laminectomy in 3 weeks from now and a cervial laminectomy to come. I had a bad Harley wreck in 8/15/10 that bout killed me. I know I can't live with this pain so surgery it is. I have severe stenosis and I'm nursing a frozen shoulder at this time which is also painful. I hope all goes well with you and look forward on your updates.

I have back surgery myself coming up. L4-L5 and my L5-S1. It's not a fuse but I'm still a little worried. Best luck too you and your recovery!
