At approximately 3pm on Tuesday March 30th, 2010 a freight train left the tracks at the Pickering GO station in Pickering, Ontario. At least nine cars derailed, some almost crashing into the parking lot. The station was evacuated as a precaution. There were no injuries. It is unknown at this time what caused the derailment.
Some of this footage was used by CTV news to report the story.

It could have been worst if it killed people. Or if that train carried liquid hydrogen or kerosene all people at the train station would fear dead.
