Could this be why Soho Square was almost empty - April 29

Whilst on my way to the internet cafe I discover the reason why only a few demonstrators have arrived at Soho Square. After a minute I am treated to a demonstration of Section 60. Officers were ok with my camera up to the point where they realised they wouldn't be getting any details out of me without a criminal offence being commited.

Section 60 has become the new Section 44 which was ruled illegal by the European Courts. Expect the police to be using Section 60, just as much after today.
