  • It is a strange but amazing feeling to take off the vest.

    I think in a few weeks I will move up to a 40 lbs vest.

  • NIce! smart, adding weight  to the workout helps a LOT! I didn't know about such a think as a weighted vest, its a great idea, I'll bet you feel like you are floating when it comes off!!
