Well there is a vid on how to do it with only a dremel and a big $2.00 plastic picture frame.

It turned out real nice and good use of the scrap aluminum, I would put some edge molding on it as well, to dress it up.

What lol, I did... for the initial cut. If I used a dremel for the whole thing the cut would have been awful.

Black + Blue for this one. I figured with the blue lcd on the a77 it would bother me way to much with the red fans.

I would try spray-on truck bed liner on the mouse pad.
