Forse non avete ben chiaro che per scaricare a 12 mega bisogna avere una connessione FTTH da minimo 140mbit in download.Ipotizzando che abbia la fibra ottica che arriva fino in casa,la fibra di fastweb è 10/10...in italia non ci sono linee del genere.Usa semplicemente l'opzione "scoperta peer locali" nelle impostazioni di utorrent e scarica dalla LAN dove è connesso un'altro pc con lo stesso file...

sentite non ha connesione FTTH xk in italia nn esistono ma avrà fastwebb 20 mega e si è beccato in un posto buono oppure lo stava scraicando sa peer locali a me quelli mi arrivano pure a 15 mb/s
