Here's a Short Quick Video... Nothing jaw dropping but hopefully helpful. Adding Shruggs to your P90X routine will give you a more balanced upper torso.

  • my traps are genetically giant i dont dare train them (must have been all those db row/bb row and deadlifts i used to do), rather hit the lats and delts to even it out ffs lol

  • Aren't close grip pullups suppose to hit that area?
