This is our review of La Fin Du Monde from Unibrou Brewery out of Chambly, Québec, Canada.
This strong triple-style golden ale has a 9% ABV. Very tasty indeed.
Our best-selling brand offers both subtlety and strength, with a chorus of fruit, spice and hop notes that make this highly effervescent "liquid gold" so distinctive.
La Fin du Monde (The End of the World) became the first North American beer to rival the monk-brewed Trappist ales of Belgium in terms of complexity and strength.
It was developed through 18 months of research on a unique strain of yeast that produces subtle flavors with champagne-like effervescence.
This beer is brewed in honor of the intrepid European explorers who believed they had reached the 'end of the world' when they discovered a 'new world', later called America.
I don't think you can review beer unpretentiously, which is what I guess you mean by saying your reviews are for average beer drinkers. If you're looking at the beer and sniffing it for that long before taking a sip, you might as well get the proper glasses and pour it a bit better. Just my two cents, Youtube is better for this review, keep on making them!

Unibroue is supposed to be one of the best breweries on this continent. My beer store carries almost all of them and I STILL haven't tried any of them yet!
Glad to hear that y'all like them.
