You don't actually see that it's the same towel she uses. You can see her using a towel for the cleansing but then due to some editing you don't see where it goes so perhaps she does use two different towels.

especially because she cleansed the face and she uses the towel from before with all the bacteria on it....lying in the water for some time....brrr
