Believe me i'm probably bana's biggest fan but there's no greatest in hip-hop. If you're looking for lyrics then you start with Big Pun or Kool G, if you're looking for individuals who appeal to the masses or teach then you're looking for a Tupac of maybe KRS 1 type, if you're looking for smooth poets or just smooth brothers overall your going with Nas or A.Z , slow methodical flow that sounds good period then your going with B.I.G. Hip-hop is not defined by just one artist.
