@jimo780 I have the minimus trail shoes and they're awesome. You can feel the ground great like vibrams but they don't look as dumb lol. In any minimal shoe seriously start out real slow and work up. I learned that the hard way
Definitely similar to Chi Running. I'm especially reminded of the 'lean-forward' to start running aspect. Has anyone tried the NB Minimus shoes? I used to run in 76x stability shoes until I could track down Asics 21xx in a 2E. I'm interested in doing some minimalist running and would like to hear opinions on NB's Minimus.
