5043 Earl of Mount Edgcumbe Storms Duffield & Departs Burton on Trent

5043 speeds past Duffield in Derbyshire working The Christmas White Rose. I then chase it to Burton upon Trent station, where I was rather hoping for another passing shot however not to be when The Earl slowly drew into the station.

Wow. That certainly shoots through! Would love to see the A4's on the east coast going at that speed. Unfortunately around our area they seem to slow right down which is a shame.

@GeoGhostPBS Thanks. Yes I get the same on the East Coast, might be to do with OLE as Duffield has no OLE. That section of MML is pretty fast so Duffield was chosen for this reason, plus not too far away from me.
