First time doing doubles in a workout. Glad I took the vids. Looks like I am slow under the bar.

Looks good to me. On snatches, really accelerate hard through the middle. You're just sort of easing the bar up. Attack it, and then just "appear" in the receiving position, fully locked out. Front squats looked like the empty bar :-)
