Great interview, but l noticed that when Linda is speaking, Emmylou often looks like she's cringing inside... maybe not - but check out her reaction when Linda talks about "love of self - the final frontier."

Two absolute cornerposts in my life - along with Nicolette Larson and Rita Coolidge. Been listening to them all for as long as I can remember. We are all getting old - would be something wrong if we weren't! And all of them can still bring a tear to my eye. Going through a rough patch right now, and I sure wish I could return the favour but they are my cornerposts yet again.

LInda Ronstadt is such a humble woman, honestly she doesn't listen to her own music! All the great singers say that they can never listen to their own music they could have done it better. I still think she is great and Emmylou of course.

Two singer/songwriters with such immense talent! I've been listening to both artists for many, many years and both have been performing since the 1960's. Their love of great music, great songs choices is always evident in their singing and harmonizing.

@durgaaa I suppose your perfect. IGNORANT for sure. As a man MATURING still @ 46 I let more than a few beautiful women go. But they were beauty on the inside only. Hopefully you will live long enough to find out their is many layers of beauty in this world. I didn't wake up to this fact and wake up all alone. WISDOM came a little late for me. Aesthetic beauty is over-rated!!!!
