To do this fatality just stand close to the opponent and hold block. While holding the block button press up, down, up and low kick.
Remember keep the block button held while doing it.

This fatality used to scare me. No bullshit. It's a kool fatality. I personally like this version of the soul steal than the soul steal version on MK3.
