@OldPrawnFace Thanks! the famours barrier less tube station!
-
@60103Henry I'm not, to be honest. I've only ever gone there as a commuter. It's one stop from Roding Valley, though.
-
@OldPrawnFace Thanks, any idea what there like with letting enthusiasts onto the platform?
-
@60103Henry Yes, I live in Buckhurst Hill and can assure you that both exits at Woodford have barriers.
-
Thanks since asking I have done more resurch and I've found out that most LUL Station do, but Kensington Olympia, Roding Valley, Mill Hill East, South Kenton and Finsbury Park Dont, and Chalfont & Latimer, Chorleywood, Finchley Central, West Harrow and Woodside Park only have them to the main entrances.

I know you ask this question A LOT.
Most LU stations have ticket barriers
-
I can afford a ticket but as im a railway enthusiast I dnt want to by a ticket if im going to the station just to wach trains, and not all stations have ticket barriers!
-
What do you think? ALL STATIONS HAVE TICKET BARRIERS .CANT YOU AFFORD A TICKET
Well I suppose i'm old enough to remember when the 1962 tube stock wasn't clanky so that's why I miss 'em. The design came straight from the 1938 stock and is now considered "art deco".Call me old fashioned but these newer trains are just all plastic and cheap metal.

Just isn't the same without the old clanky 1962 trains!
