My surgeon said Optifast (which is what I'm doing) or LOW CARB slimfast.

You can do it! It's just for a short time! My surgery is this Monday!

Thanks for the advice and offer. You are so sweet. I went to the Vitamin Shoppe (which I have never walked into before) and got the4 sample pack for Jay Robb's powders. One is orange, chocolate and I got strawberry. Thanks again for the tip
