This is how to make a window in your pool so you and your sims can watch sims swim.

the cheat i used was constrainfloorelevation false and contrainfloorelevation true

@MjbyElla really? I have sims 3 pets on pc. so all i need to do is buy a lot, go to build mode, make some walls and an upstairs, then make a pool???
