Very different from other versions I've been listening to but really entertaining and the slower pace enables you to get more of the longing and regret into your voice.LIKE IT VERY MUCH!
It's so interesting how slowing the tempo of certain songs just the slightest bit can change the entire feel of the song. Nicely done. Good solid vocals as well. :-)
yup! I like this slower version too. It seems that a lot of bluegrass bands are getting into an "arms race" so to speak. Every song has to be faster or in a higher key than the last band. And it getting ridiculous! Thanks for showing that it doesn't have to be 600 beats per minute to be good!

This song was written by Rudy Thacker, although he didn't get credit for it. Is this person related to Rudy?

Nice...I like the slower version of this song, It seems to match the words and meaning a bit better than most versions. Good job, guys.
