Muscles Targeted: Gluteus Maximus, Rectus Femoris, Thigh, Legs, Quadricep, Butt, Hamstrings, Compound

The prisoner squat is performed with the hands held on the back of your head. Begin the exercise by pushing your butt back and then squatting down. Done as a warm-up, the depth may be pretty high and will generally get deeper as your body gets adjusted.

This is also a great exercise to do for people looking for a substitute to traditional barbell squatting.

  • @mindronic Any compound movements (movements that use multiple muscle groups) like squats, deadlift, and bench presses are great for fat loss. Resistance training like weight lifting supplemented with high intensity cargo sprinting, or running up stairs as fast as you can DESTROYS fat.

  • is this good for stomach fat as well. and how come dudes lose weight faster than girls?
