@Buttanick Not exactly hippie techno... but the origin of psy trance came from hippie parties from about 20 years ago or more... look up progressive psy trance its mostly what people are listening to that has origins with this kind of music... @G4b1t Agree. This is Goa. There is much debate if there is a difference between Goa and Psytrance (as I am sure you already 0know). I always say...you want the difference clear cut? Listen to Astral Projection's People Can Fly (classic Goa) and then listen to Braincell's Time Tunnel (Full On Psytrance)....that's the difference.

Actually this is not psy trance this is Goa trance. It is to slow for psy. Or this one could have started the psy trance genre. 138 to 140 bmp at tops. Psy trance usually goes in speeds from 140 to 145. Full on goes at 146 to 150 and above that is more or less all dark psy. =) Under 140 bmp is referred to as progressive psy.
