  • nice haircut. This comment (bump) is intented to boost your google score.

  • @blondecrazygaijin And here I thought you were somehow having some kind of super vision since I just recently got it cut----I was waiting for the X file music to kick in

  • I understand that some people have ed due to poor nerves/nervous system and not being able to send signals for erections to occur. Is there anything one can do or take to reverse this? Thanks

  • @money123460 yes ---tons can be done ---but the trick is to assess what the causes are and go from there

    Tony

  • Ok makes sense. With the nutmeg, dodder seed and psorlea seed for restoring kidneys/adrenals can we just take one of the three herbs such as nutmeg and still restore? Or we need to take all three? If so how much to take a tablespoon a day of each herb? Thanks

  • @money123460 always use in mg dose---not necessary to take them all at once but can be as long as you reduce them to a 1:1 ratio and start small or use one and utilize it at 500 mgs at the start several times a day--

    Tony

and take B5 1 gram 2 times a day as well with biotin 5000mcgs 2 times a day or take together with the B5

  • I understand. Any recommendations? B vitamins?

  • @shawnsent it never was an estrogen blocker---and you shlould not be using fish oils---they are all loaded with mercury and other toxins---the research on them is they have value fro 1 year only---after that they increase heart failure by a factor of 4 after 4 years use--use walnut or seed oils for your omegas---butter oil ( ghee) wheat germ oil---and start using liver supporting herbs to assist in the regulation of hormones

  • @HerbsPlusBeadWorks hmm... thats one conflicting info. I thought beta sitosterol is estrogen blocker as well as anti cancer and I feel better with it. I take tumeric regularly in organic powder form and they are good but never tried rosemary and thyme. currently best thing that works for me is mega dosing on chromium, I take 3 to 5mg of it with fish liver oil form of vitamin A 50,000 iu per day.

  • @shawnsent No the beta increases it as well--use rosemary and tumeric--and thyme and ginger are estrogen blockers---red wine is an estrogen blocker---combine them or use singularly--on food in teas-or in supplements
