9:35 - best part, don't miss it. A very big 11 inch Tokay Gecko lizard crawled out of the ceiling and I catch her in this Thailand wildlife video. She's fierce and this psychedelic colored animal attacks the stick I have. Close up lizard pics mixed in with the video to keep you shocked and entertained. Long, so grab a coffee.

update: 2/27/10 - she climbed back behind my kitchen sink again. Guess it's too hot outside for her too. It's STINKY hot here man... waiting for rainy season so the gecko can live outside again.

  • no they dont JUMP and attack, but they do bite hard and they stand their ground. some local Thia people call them lucky since they eat all the house bugs.

  • @DinamiteLizard Yeah, you missed some of the other videos - they jump.

  • Do you keep the geckos or just release them in the wild cause I like them and would keep them as a pet

  • Hi I am now living in Thailand also and some of the local Thai people have told me

that when they start calling that they are apparently calling for a green snake that enters their gullet and eats their liver then they grow anew one. I don't know whether its true or not.

  • Teeth might be small but don't let the bugger bite you. Hurts like hell.

  • Me and my old roommate intentionally released two of these foul beasts solely for pest reduction. We didn't see a bug for months and a time, and we saw the lizards maybe once every couple weeks.

  • 9:51 :DD

  • I remember listening to these when I stayed in Thailand with my wife. Every house had it's own resident Tokay, usually living in the drain pipe. I was told that they never call more than 7 times in succession, so I became obsessed counting their calls. it was right, never more than 7 times. I need to get a life.

  • @thaipulsedotcom Okay. No getting my ass bent up.. How do you wish for me to react when I see this? I am sure you didn't out it up for no reason.

  • a wild big lizard appeared go spear!

  • @MrBeastin991 dude i can get them for 20 bucks here in kansas lol
