Legendary Wings (NES) Stage 1 - No Death Run

The first stage of the NES game, Legendary Wings. I'll be doing a playthrough of this game and here's what I'm aiming for. In all stages, I'm trying to dodge that huge head that spews vacuum tornados at me. Myself and you, the player, want to avoid getting sucked in by those. I'll be showing where the lucky stages are in this game, as they're very helpful towards score and powerups. This is not a speed-run or a no hit run, it's a no-death run.

I think we should all give credit where credit is due and admit that Capcom pretty much nailed it when it came to NES soundtracks. You can hear traces of Bionic Commando in some of the tracks, and we ALL know how good that music sounds. ^_^

I have happy memories of this game. It was a few months before the Jack of Hearts--my first formal--and I was excited. My friend Laura and I talked on the phone for hours, discussing everything from the beading on the dresses we hoped to wear, to the boys we had asked to be our dates. It was one of the few times in my life that I truly felt feminine, with the warm camaraderie of another girl. And while we whiled away the hours by phone, I was playing (and beating) Legendary Wings. :)
