@princessamina1 There is a difference between being overweight, obese and morbidly obese. The bigger you are and older you are the more likely you are to have excess skin. In Sara's case she lost 50lbs hardly enough weight to warrant any loose skin. Even my mum at 60 who gained a huge amount of weight due to medication and then lost it due to cancer doesn't have any loose skin. You really have to be on the higher end of the weight spectrum before you are getting to that stage.
