basically nothing is sacred in your home if you "own" one of these as a pet. They require a lot more attention than cats or dogs, otherwise they start living "wild" in the home. They are not to be treated like cats or dogs, they are to be treated like racoons and you learn how to keep them along the way. Other than that racoons are amazing when they bond with you. A much bigger decision is required when thinking about making friends with one of these.
