Best friends Chloe and Clark finish college and plan to enjoy life the way it comes. Clark's best friend Jimmy asks Chloe to marry him and for Clark to be his best man. Chloe's cousin Lois comes to town to be the Maid of Honor, and gets a job with Clark at the Daily Planet. Lois begins to get strong feelings for him while still denying it. Clark too feels the same way but can't let go of his last love, Lana Lang.
