The video shows the classic French Absinthe ritual. You need an Absinthe glass, an Absinthe spoon, Absinthe sugar and cold water for it. You can get all the accessories at our Absinthe shop: http://www.alandia.de/absinthe/index.php/language/en Santé!
I thought you were supposed to add the absinthe first, then place the spoon over the glass with the sugar cube, then drip the water on the cube till it dissolves?

@nalyib You are correct about the scarcity of Absinthe in the US, most of the liquor stores I have checked only carry Lucid if they have any at all. I do know where Kubler and Pacifique are available so those will be my next venture. I appreciate the advice and will continue my quest of Absinthe appreciation.
Cheers.

@bluegsp 1:4 is about perfect for 62%:) Since you live in the U.S., You'd best try Pacifique, Marteau, Vieaux Carré, the Jade range, or even Kübler. They're all more delicious than Lucid (which, indeed, has an overwhelming anise taste). From what American absintheurs say, quality absinthes are hardly sold in some states, so you may want to order on-line. Some webshops even provide free shipping over $100. Best check Wormwood Society's reviews before buying anything.
