It's due to the fact that there is not much employment and not many services. I graduated from UMPI and there is not much, but peace and quiet.

let me get this straight... 40 acres for about $20,ooo, that averages out to about 500 bucks per acre... am I right??? is the fact that it's on the main highway w traffic buzzing by constantly keeping the value so low, or is it that the ground is gravel / damp and can't grow crops or grass?? or both?? that's still quite a bargain!
