Qow this is a great exercise i need a rack just like taht in my garden her, ive got soms 60 m of military ropes hangin already but ,this thing looks good....keep it up !

Love this vid. Shows how you can personalise any workout by doing familiar exercises in a slightly different way, or putting a few together into a single movement. Too many beginners are put offby the initial difficulty. Whatthey should do is make it easier for themselves eg. by resting on their knees doing pushups, then graduate to the proper thing, then make them harder, say with a foot in the air, then combine them with different hand positions and widths, etc.
Not only does this man amaze me with his intense workout, but he is a pure gentleman to boot. Keep on keeping on sir; all the power to you. Peace. :)
