  • The older he gets, the better Merle gets, and I've been listening to him since 1964, possibly before. He was the KING iof Bakersfield country music, with Buck Owens a distant second.

  • Say there suttersmith66,will you please upload all of this MERLE HAGGARD Show in complete

    form? Peace.

  • Absolutely Beautiful, I bought the CD with this song on it.....when I miss my late husband I need to listen, touches my heart!

  • @donmiguelrohas, for Blaze to have one of his songs sung by Merle was a lifetime achievement. Recognition in the songwriting game is an elusive thing. God bless Blaze, and God save Merle.

  • @jamcrane3, I agree with you. Our ability to share each others feelings and to communicate these thoughts to others is an intrinsic human trait. I live my life by this, others do as you will.

  • veja agora {CLAUDENIR VACA}

  • @iamashytalk Please feel no shame for tears, the ones that you can't control, and even the ones that you can.I have little respect for people who are so concerned about outward appearances that they deny the emotions that indeed make us human, love and passion, hope and empathy, regret and guilt, and grief and sorrow foremost among them.

  • a very pretty song .

  • Merle is the Best !! No one can sing a song like him !!!!

  • Michael Fuller ( Blaze Foley ) absolutely did not die "for nothing". He died, unlike 90% of anyone ever born, standing up for something he believed in. He died protecting someone who could not protect himself. I have no idea if I would have done the same thing, but I want to think I would. He died standing up to evil, greed and meanness.
