This isn't really complicated, I built a similar thing for a regular 120mm fan, replaced the blue LED's with RGB (multicolor) ones and control it all with a cheap $5 microcontroller, each LED can be a different color, it all interfaces through the PC so programs can change it, made a music visualizer app that maps frequencies to colors and it looks awesome. This fan just fades between preset colors.

That fan is the bomb. got to get one or more.

Recoding eqpuipement records its own noise too.
Skeleton is win but not my case, I am gonna get 900.
-
how did u do that?by jus changing fan colours?
-
I think your all on crack. No noise at all. Unless of course you shut everything off in the house and put your ear right up to it. I went from antec Silent II case to this. Hardly any noise on both cases. Skeleton kicks serious ass. Amazing Case!!!

It's actualy not much noise from this case. My computer is waaaay more noisy.
-
I have this case myself and i can say it make no more or no les sound than any normal computer really, it isn't silent but neather is it annoying, its just fine.

guys its not the fan tough! you can hear this shitty sound while the fan is turned off...
man, this fan is loud,
I can hear all that noise from my crapy notebook speakers....are you sure this is going to be good for our next PC, don't want to wake my wife up in the middle of the night when I turn on my PC.

It makes noise, for sure, but you can't judge accurately just how much noise from this video clip. There's no reference, it all depends on how high your volume is set, and the recording gear also added its own noise. It's not silent but it's not horrific.
