It's hard to say who is better XAOZZZ was the pioneer but GoldenPhone only put out the best of the best all his calls were top notch quality

@8DuncanConstruction8 And he was called a couple of years ago, long after W3b's thinking he called Backstreet Liquor, only to talk to the cranky owner of a construction company people originally thought was drunk, until he later insisted he was "too damned old" to drink. That man was Frank Garrett, and Xaozz's subsequent calls to him led to Frank being perhaps the first modern day victim soundboard. I do my research, ya know. :P

@linkzzzzzzzzzz Are you living under a bridge, or just under a rock? TheGoldenPhone got into prank calls BECAUSE OF Xaozz. Xaozz is the reason Duncan is famous, not to mention Jackass Plumber, Tom the Pissed-off Roofer, and Epic Crazy Lady's Husband (his last victim), to name a few. I still wonder if the two of them ever did come up to Manhattan, only to leave empty handed.

The first Victim soundboard was actually the Drunk Guy, who was called around 2000, when all that existed was Arnold Pranks (I myself own a collection of the earliest stuff). A soundboard of him sprung up sometime shortly thereafter. In terms of modern day prank calling, Xaozz is something of an innovator. If nothing else, he's the unrivaled man who made the likes of Tom, Frank, and Bill (JP) famous.
