@tom53332 The test unit is from Samsung in Singapore. It is currently exclusively distributed in Singapore by Starhub. You may wish to do some googling for exporters in Singapore or even on the ebay.com.sg site.

@killer3878 I'm not sure if the phone can be purchased direct from Samsung web site. Does Samsung have an online store? If it does and does not have any binding agreements to not sell to certain countries then you may be able to purchase online direct.
