  • As far as "Take It To The Limit" goes, Glenn did ok with that. I don't know that I would agree that he "butchered" it. But I did think and interesting dynamic would have been to let Joe Walsh do "Take It To The Limit." He doesn't sound exactly like Randy, but he's close.

  • Nice version Glenn.

  • @nyrichiek To each their own. It wasn't Randy, but I thought it was pretty good.

  • @TakeItEasyC6 No he butchers Take it to the Limit.

  • chills down my spine..

  • This song was a true 50/50 collaboration between Frey and Don Henley. The Eagles did demos with both Glenn and Don taking the lead vocals, and decided that Henley's was better. Frey did play the piano lead on the original recording.

  • Such amazing vocals.

  • Glenn is amazing like that. He could probably sing any song in the entire Eagles collection and sound perfect. He did Take it to the Limit, and that was awesome.

  • Amazing vocals!

  • I'm speechless...that is a soaring example of utter perfection.
