Please Help Me Choose to stop SMOKING come laugh at me my friends quit the smoke.

you are my youtube friends and I need you to help me do this, I need to stop smoking, it is killing me every day i put this stick of posion to my mouth and breath the crap into my lungs I dont want to smoke any more I need help to do this I need your help to stop to quit, I can live with being over wieght and un-healthy but tar and nicotine will kill me,

it could be a life changing choice to stop forever, to stop coughing, to stop having the warm egg on my tonge, stop spitting, stop the yellow tonge, stop inhaling, i need to be free of the smoke and smoking

I smoked from age 5 to almost age 30 when i quit i was up to 3 1/2 packs of menthol aday or 70 smokes aday i still crave one everyday every meal and every beer but i think i'll stay quit from them a bit of weed now and again i don't turn down though.

It's so easy to not smoke you just shouldn't have started in the first place and look into a lifestyle called "straight edge" then you'll never want to smoke or see someone smoke again that's all it takes.

well i did quit while i was pregnant but i started when my son was a few months old and the other 2 times i started up was after my parents died.

when i honestly want to quit it does get a bit easier each time, but its certainly not just *snap* im done.
