World hunger could end if Hemp was legal to grow around the world. It can sustain life. Full of omega 3,6,9, amino acids, and more protein than soy or whey. It is also more digestible. They could also have clothing, shelter, fuel, and paper from the hemp plant as well.

@johnreon desertification is on the rise and much of it is man made. If you make artificial lakes, there are significant risks that they would dry up due to prevailing global climate conditions. Change will only come from people in industrial nations rising up against the governments and subsidized agricultural exports. Governments and agribusiness are manufacturing poverty in order to consolidate power and line the pockets of an elite few. This is the root of the problem.
