It's crazy the number of zc2 ssjbrolythebest made, especially against tapion who's hard to zcounter (well at least when don't know his timing) lag must have helped a bit...

Basically, Tapion is not a bad character, good specials, and fast hits. the problem is he has no attack power. his hits are freaking weak.

Here you play customized so you can arrange that but play normal, you'll certainly have more difficulty...
