This started when i was 16.... i had it for a while then it went away but now its hitting me hard. I swim and it takes almost half of my practice till it goes away.

Hi.. i am 17.5 yrs male (live in India) & most probably suffering from CU...

as far as i remember it started when i was 16 or 16.5... in the last winters (i.e. Nov-Jan,2010) i had consumed a lot of honey which is hot in nature.. this is what i believe caused this... as it has permanently made my body prone to high temperatures...

to combat this i also drink lassi (a cool drink).
