Its not that hard folks. You really want to lower cost, then open up the states so people, and companies can go out of state to get insurance. This would lower cost through competition. Then make these illegals pay their way in this country, and have those who would rather go to the emergency room for a cold, stop. A lot of those folks blacks mostly have played this game for too long. When you have 42% or the people paying for the 59% who choose not to pay, you have problems with higher prices
