@SapphoPEPLUM there has been a splendid French DVD release a few months ago. The film is very entertaining, with incredible production design. Really a must-see for all of the genre's fans i'd say.

Hmmm..rather than voguing, this looks more like mid-century, 1940s-60s, "modern dance" to me...

...that is, modern dance of the Doris Humphrey, Hanya Holm, or Sophie Maslow ilk (not Martha Graham).

It's like Goliath in Atlantis kind of story. Gordon Mitchell stars and we see him struggle against the more advance society. Cult film for sure.
