Olivia Newton John - "A Little More Love" 1978
(John Farrar)

Night is draggin' her feet
I wait alone in the heat
I know, know that you'll have your way
Till you have to go home
No's a word I can't say

Cause it gets me nowhere to tell you no
And it gets me nowhere to make you go
Will a little more love make you start depending
Will a little more love bring a happy ending
Will a little more love make it right?
Will a little more love make it right?

Where, where did my innocence go?
How, how was a young girl to know?
I'm trapped, trapped in the spell of your eyes
In the warmth of your arms
In the web of your lies

But it gets me nowhere to tell you no
And it gets me nowhere to make you go
Will a little more love make you start depending
Will a little more love bring a happy ending
Will a little more love make it right?
Will a little more love make it right?A Little More Love was lead single by English-born Australian pop singer Olivia Newton-John 1978 album Totally Hot. It was a worldwide Top 10 hit single, peaked at #4 in UK and #3 in US, during the winter of 1979.

  • This is my favorite Olivia song and it stands the test of time.

  • @dsfddsgh Agreed 100%...at least the artists of the 70's and before used REAL instruments to do their music, not computers and software. The artists then, really worked their tails off, to achieve stardom on the charts....nothing like today!

  • @sixsixxsixxxx 44 is old??...get a life ...your so-called music does not even stand-up to the real HITS of the past. And by your username, it's really a public mystery to the type of music, you really listen to.......

  • @sixsixxsixxxx No just glad i grew up in an era where talent was what mattered. This generations music is pitiful to say the least.

  • @oldiesmusic76 yeah ur old...go away
