does all that furnature come with the dorm?

The bed loft I had to rent for 150$ for the entire year and the office chair I brought because the ones they give you are no good. The futon was also brought by my roomate...basically penn state doesnt give you much when it comes to furniture

damn looks great im currently gonna go to community college but deff thinking about going to a dorm i have a few friends there and they say you meet new people and make great friends im 20 hope after 2 can you enroll into penn state at 22?

actually, except for the couch and bed frames, looks like not much has changed in over 35 years!  Fond memories of Porter Hall...
