56 repetitions in 91 seconds with 70 pounds in each hand tricep extensions!!This is my killer tri's routine. 7 sets of 8 repetitions with 13 seconds rest in between sets. I use 70 pounds in each hand. I challenge anyone to complete this set with 70 pounds. I have yet to see anyone complete this with 50 pounds in each hand. 40 pounds in each hand is a great challenge! Try this.....remember you must complete 56 reps. total- 7 sets 8 reps. 13 seconds rest using just your triceps. It's guranteed to burn your trceps! Be careful the weights may fall on your head.

  • Check out Goose700, he does a tricep ext. with 80's. Not exactly the way I do them, but impressive nonetheless.

  • Why would you do 70lbs when form is not good? Do you benefit at all? Would you not just use other (non-targeted) muscles and waste the exercise? Or is this OK?

  • i always thought you wanted your elbows as close to the body as possible to target the triceps the most, I can't imagine this is only targetting the triceps... pretty damn impressive though
